Prudential Center is a facility that is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. The opportunity to purchase these accessible spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase event parking please visit prucenter.clickandpark.com.
Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at all Prudential Center events. Please visit our Guest Services Center located outside section 9 on the Main Concourse and request an Assistive Listening Device. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver’s license as a security deposit. This is a complimentary service.
Prudential Center provides captioning services at New Jersey Devils Games, Seton Hall games, and any other event for which a guest reasonably requests such services. Prudential Center is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena. Guests who require special assistance in reaching their seats are asked to please contact our Guest Services Department at email@example.com in advance or see any Guest Services representative during the event.
The pick-up and drop off location for guests with special needs is located at the arena entrance at the corner of Mulberry and Lafayette Streets. Ramps are provided for entrance through the Lafayette Tower.
All restroom facilities at Prudential Center are accessible. In addition, there are seven family/unisex restrooms available on all levels of the arena.
Trained and licensed service or guide animals are welcome at Prudential Center and may rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
Prudential Center is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for certain events. Interpreter services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice. Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for all events at Prudential Center. Guests should alert a Guest Services representative when they arrive at the arena that they would like a wheelchair escort to their seat and a Guest Services representative will provide that assistance. Please be aware that our staff do not remain with guests during the event, nor may guests remain in any arena-owned wheelchair during the event.
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their own wheelchair/mobility device, Guest Services will store devices at the Guest Services Center located on the Main Concourse outside Section 9 or the Upper Concourse outside Section 114. Guest Services representatives will make arrangements to return the mobility device at the end of the event, or any other requested time.
