Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster and the Prudential Center Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.
Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at all Prudential Center events. Please visit our Guest Services booth located outside section 9 on the Main Concourse and request an Assistive Listening Device. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver’s license. This is a complimentary service.
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Opportunity to purchase disabled spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly. To purchase event parking please visit www.clickandpark.com.
Prudential Center is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena. Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact our Guest Services Department in advance or see any Guest Service staff member during the event.
The pick up and drop off location for guests with special needs is located on Lafayette on the corner of Mulberry and Lafayette. Ramps are provided for entrance thru the Lafayette Tower.
All restrooms facilities at Prudential Center are accessible. In addition, we have seven family/unisex restrooms available on all levels of the arena, convenient for disabled guests with opposite gender aides/companions.
Service animals are welcome in Prudential Center and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for the service animal.
Prudential Center is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please contact the Guest Services department for further information.
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for all events at Prudential Center. When you arrive at any of the entrances of the building please alert a Guest Services Representative that you would like a wheelchair escort and they will be able to assist you. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at our Guest Services Booth located on the Main Concourse outside Section 9 or the Upper Concourse outside Section 114. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer.
