Temporary closure of South Ward artery will enable City to re-surface street
Newark, NJ (November 23, 2011): The City of Newark has announced that starting on Monday, November 28, and continuing through Tuesday, November 29, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., the portion of Bergen Street from Grumman Avenue to Interstate Route 78, in the South Ward, will be closed to traffic.
The change is temporary, to accommodate re-surfacing of the street.
