THE ROLLING STONES - '50 AND COUNTING' TICKETS SELL OUT IN A JUMPING JACK FLASH
Tickets for The Rolling Stones two U.S. concerts went on sale today and both the December 13th and December 15th shows at The Prudential Center in New Jersey sold out immediately. In an unprecedented demand fans snapped up tickets for The Stones - '50 and Counting' in minutes when outlets opened up for business at 12 noon.
Last week the two London concerts at the O2 Arena were also an immediate sell out.
Earlier this month Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood confirmed their long awaited return to the stage with four spectacular arena shows on both sides of the Atlantic.

The final Stones show, on December 15, will be telecast live via pay-per-view at 9pm ET and is entitled ''One More Shot''. It is courtesy of Dainty Group and Endemol and it will be distributed by WWE, the world's pre-eminent provider of pay-per-view programming.
In celebration of five decades, The Rolling Stones will release the GRRR! album on November 13, a Greatest Hits collection which includes two new songs 'Doom and Gloom' and 'One More Shot'.
The film 'Crossfire Hurricane', directed by Brett Morgen, will premiere in the U.S. at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York on November 13 and then broadcast via HBO on November 15. In the UK it will be shown on BBC TV on the 17th and 24th of November.
The Museum of Modern Art in New York City will host ''The Rolling Stones: 50 Years on Film'', a comprehensive film retrospective that chronicles the band from the mid-1960s until today. This exhibition will be open November 15th through December 2nd.
