Please see below for Day of Show tips to make your experience a memorable one:

Ticket Pick-Up
All Tickets must be picked up at the Main Ticket Office, located on Edison Place and Mulberry Street. Tickets will be available to be picked up starting at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the show only. Tickets will only be given to the person who ordered the tickets. You must present valid photo identification and the credit card used to order the tickets in order to pick-up your tickets. Please have your Credit Card and Photo ID out and ready prior to arriving at the windows.
Please note that you cannot drop off tickets at the Ticket Office for others to pick-up. The Box Office will not accept any tickets or envelopes being dropped off.

Entrance to the Arena
All guests who have reached their first birthday do require a ticket to gain entry to the Arena. All tickets must be presented to the Prudential Center staff and will be scanned in for entry to the show. Unfortunately, the Prudential Center cannot allow for those without tickets past the entry scanners. Please note that all persons and their belongings are subject to search prior to entry to the Prudential Center. We suggest that as many guests utilize the Verizon Tower (located on Mulberry and Lafayette Streets) and the Lafayette Street Entrance (located on Lafayette between Mulberry and Broad Streets) as possible to ensure the shortest lines to the Arena.

MileyWorld
The MileyWorld Fan Club will be located on Mulberry Street between Lafayette Street and Edison Place. MileyWorld will be open from 1:30-4:00 on the day of the show.

Waiting Room
For parents and guardians who want to stay near the Prudential Center while their child is at the show are welcome to wait in our Parents Waiting Room. The Parents Waiting Room is located in the Practice Rink Lobby, next to the Verizon Tower. Concessions will be available, however, please understand that space is limited.

Post-Show Meeting Location
For parents looking for children to be reunited with their child, we suggest the lobby of the Verizon Tower, located on Mulberry and Lafayette Streets.

Guest Services
Prudential Center is committed to providing the most memorable experience possible. If anyone is in the need of assistance, please do not hesitate to speak with anyone from the Prudential Center Staff.

Restrooms
The Prudential Center has a total of 24 Men's and 24 Women's Restrooms. Due to the nature of this show, please note that the following Restrooms that are normally Men's Rooms will be Women's Rooms for this show. Restrooms behind Section 5 and 14 and behind 101 and 105.
