A PREMIUM SEAT PROGRAM FOR ALL UPCOMING ARENA CONCERTS

Industry Veteran Diane Benson to Oversee Premium Concert Series Program

Newark, NJ (March 26, 2008) – Prudential Center, in conjunction with LIVE-360, has introduced a new concert series premium seat program, Your Exclusive AccessTM (YEA) that will provide music fans a chance to choose their own seat in Prudential Center for all upcoming concerts on an annual basis.

The exclusive new platform will allow for the perfect entertainment experience. The program will focus on two distinct areas including an annual premium concert series seat program and enhanced sponsorship opportunities within the program.

“We are very excited about the implementation of this innovative program at Prudential Center. Your Exclusive Access gives concert lovers an opportunity to enjoy every concert and comedy act on a whole new level,” said Dale Adams, General Manager.

The Your Exclusive Access concert series seat program will be the perfect way to entertain clients, employees, family members and friends. This package will feature several exclusive amenities including premium seat locations assigned annually from the date of purchase (to all participating concerts and comedy events), private club access, and hospitality service within the club, various pricing options and more.

This new program is the result of a multi-year agreement between Prudential Center and Live-360, the Indianapolis based entertainment consulting company. In its role at Prudential Center, Live-360 will work to augment venue programming and maximize sales for concerts and comedy events.

Live-360 will employ Diane Benson, Director of Sales, who with her extensive background in premium seat sales for concerts in the New Jersey/New York area will spearhead this most aggressive and innovative sales program. Most recently, Benson served as the Director of Sales for PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey.
