ADA Information

Prudential Center is a facility that is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Seating is available on all levels. For accommodations, please contact the box office or Ticketmaster at (201)507-8900 for details.

Parking - Yellow Lot 10 is the designated lot for ADA parking. Yellow Lot 10 is located on Lafayette Street near Broad Street. Visit the parking and directions page to find driving directions to this lot. Prudential Center does not own or operate any parking lots surrounding the building except this location.  You may enter the arena through any of the 3 public entrances.

Wheelchairs – Prudential Center Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any entry point or Guests may make advance arrangements by contacting Guest Services at guestservices@prucenter.com.

Assisted Listening Devices – Assisted listening devices are available for loan at the Guest Services locations. In addition, sign language interpretation services are available for concerts. To schedule an interpreter please contact Guest Services at guestservices@prucenter.com.

Guests with Visual Impairments / Service Animals – Prudential Center provides accommodated seating for guests with visual impairments. Service animals are accommodated in Prudential Center.

Pick Up / Drop Off - The pick up and drop off location for guests with special needs is located on Lafayette on the corner of Mulberry and Lafayette. Ramps are provided for entrance thru the Verizon Tower.
