Rihanna ''Diamonds World Tour''

Due to overwhelming fan demand, Live Nation Global Touring has announced an additional stop on the RIHANNA DIAMONDS WORLD TOUR. The tour will now visit Newark, New Jersey on April 28, 2013. This adds to an itinerary which already includes more than 28 cities across North America starting in March.

Following her spectacular performance kicking off the 2012 MTV VMA’s, where she won the night’s biggest award, Video Of The Year for “We Found Love,” worldwide superstar Rihanna has opened the next chapter of her reign as this century’s Queen of the Billboard Hot 100 with the release of her single “Diamonds”. “Diamonds” is the first single from Rihanna’s seventh studio album, Unapologetic, on Island Def Jam. “Diamonds” debuted at #16-bullet on the Billboard Hot 100, tying Rihanna’s previous highest debut, last year’s worldwide #1 smash, “We Found Love” (featuring Calvin Harris). “Diamonds” amassed 41.5 million total audience, her biggest first-week audience ever on the Hot 100 Airplay Chart where it debuted at #28-bullet, tying her previous highest debut, last year’s “You Da One.”
