Bag Policy

Bags larger than 4" x 6" x 1.5" may be subject to x-ray screening prior to entering Prudential Center.

Backpacks of any kind, large duffel bags, coolers and hard sided bags are prohibited. Secured lockers are available outside Prudential Center to store over-sized bags and prohibited items. Parenting bags and medically necessary bags may be exempted from size requirements but must be screened by X-ray prior to entry.

Cashless Policy

Cash will NOT be accepted at concession stands, retail locations or the Box Office.

Pay with a debit or credit card using tap to pay, chip or swipe, or mobile payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For guests needing to convert cash to a card, our Reverse ATM kiosks with $0 transactional fees* are available by sections 1, 14, 125 and inside the Box Office Lobby.

Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the arena with prohibited items, the items may be confiscated, and the guest may be ejected from the facility.
