History between the New Jersey Devils and Dallas Stars reached a pinnacle during the 2000 Stanley Cup Final. Jason Arnott's double overtime goal in Game 6 uplifted the Devils to their second championship.
The Stars and Devils played each other in two games during the 2024-25 NHL season. Their first matchup on February 22 resulted in a 4-2 home loss for the Devs. These two squads faced off again on March 4, with the Devils falling again to the Stars in a 4-3 contest.
In the 2025-26 season, the Devils and Stars compete in two games. The first puck drop between the teams is slated for December 3 at the Prudential Center. The Devils travel to Dallas in March for their last regular season matchup against the Stars.
